Dominic’s journey began in financial reporting and commercial accounting, where he worked across both private and public sector organisations. With a strong foundation in management accounting and business partnering, Dominic understands the real-world pressures finance teams face — from audit readiness and cash flow forecasting to strategic decision support.
This practical experience led to a clear insight: many recruitment providers lacked the specialist knowledge required to truly understand finance functions. Too often, CVs were matched by buzzwords, not business needs.
