Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients through networking, outreach, and virtual meetings.
• Build a strong client pipeline to drive long-term business success.
• Source and attract top finance professionals via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate screening to placement.
• Stay updated on finance industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
• Work independently to achieve targets and maximise earnings

Key Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (finance sector preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes effectively.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Access to a laptop, phone, and internet (for remote work).
